TPA Introduction

TPA is one of the largest manufacturers of LP gas related products worldwide. TPA is comprised of three factories, which produce home appliances (gas barbecues, charcoal barbecues, heaters…), LPG components and cylinders, and camping apparatus. Our mission is to provide all gas equipment with total performance assured.

TPA was founded in 1970, as Taiwan Pao-An Industrial Co. and is a privately-owned enterprise. TPA currently has operations in Taiwan, China, UK, the Philippines, Vietnam, and the United Kingdom. TPA’s products are sold in over fifty countries around the world.

TPA History

1970 – Taiwan Pao-An founded
1985 – Produced first gas valves for a US barbecue manufacturer
1992 – Moved manufacturing from Taiwan to China (TPA Shenzhen)
1994 – Produced first full-size barbecues for UK market
1997 – Produced first Australian-style flatbed barbecues for New Zealand
2000 – Dedicated barbecue factory founded
2003 – 200 thousand square meters barbecue factory founded
2006 – Cylinder factory founded
2007 – Produced first LP gas cylinders for Taiwan market
